Return Policy

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to make an exchange, please review our policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:
    • Merchandise must have all original tags attached (if applicable).
    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • The merchandise must not be damaged in any way.
    • You must still be employed by Liv Hospitality to request an exchange.
  2. Exchange Process:
    • Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal value.
    • Please contact your manager to initiate an exchange.
    • Provide proof of purchase and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Conditions:
    • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
    • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
