We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to make an exchange, please review our policy below:
- Eligibility for Exchange:
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached (if applicable).
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- The merchandise must not be damaged in any way.
- You must still be employed by Liv Hospitality to request an exchange.
- Exchange Process:
- Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal value.
- Please contact your manager to initiate an exchange.
- Provide proof of purchase and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Conditions:
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
